So Seventh Son finally opened…

Disaster averted, as far as I’m concerned.

Per Variety:

“The forecast for Universal and Legendary’s long-delayed “Seventh Son,” starring Jeff Bridges, is just as gloomy. The medieval fantasy tentpole has already projected a loss of $85 million, as Variety exclusively reported this week, despite earning $82 million at the international box office. It’s on track for only $6.6 million in its U.S. debut.”

Poor Ben Barnes, though.  He deserves better.

This week’s other huge flop belongs to Channing Tatum.

  2. After reading the 2000 post of how mega super star and all around great guy fired that loathsome alex….channing just got taken down a peg.

    • The 7th son book was about a 8 year old boy. It was dark and simple and scary for a kid. This was a holly wood cgi mess
I remember they wanted alex and Jennifer Lawrence
